Criteria for selection:
1. Need for housing. Applicant must have a need for housing and be unable to obtain conventional financing due to limited income.
2. Ability to pay. Applicant must have enough income to repay the Habitat mortgage and monthly living expenses, and must have an acceptable credit history.

3. Willingness to partner. The family must exhibit a willingness to partner with Habitat, which includes volunteering a minimum of 300 hours with Habitat.
4. Residency. Applicants must be legal residents of the United States and have lived in Franklin County at least one year immediately prior to selection.
